Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications
• Develop detailed business process models, workflows, and user stories to guide solution development
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing business processes, systems, and organizational structures
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to effectively communicate findings and proposed solutions
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while adhering to scope, budget, and timelines
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams
• Create and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related industries (3+ years preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and basic programming concepts.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master are a plus.
