Job Summary:

ACCUWISETECH is seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Caller to join our team in West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for engaging with clients, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries efficiently.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or suggestions.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Persuasive and confident in handling objections and concerns.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using basic computer systems and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
